Today Emma was finishing lunch and I was putting a load of laundry in the dryer. Here is our conversation:
Emma: Mama! I have something to tell you!
(comes running across the house to me)
Me: What pumpkin?
Emma: I finished my iced animal cookies...were they a snack?
Me: No, they were part of your lunch. (she had a HEALTHY lunch...these were just a bonus)
Emma: Well, then can I have more lunch?
NICE thinking two steps ahead there, Emma! She does this all the time...she thinks two steps ahead to get what she wants. Oh boy.
I realize I've neglected the blog AGAIN...stay tuned for pics of our new addition and new posts!!!
